  • Local Pickup: Ready within 24 hours after order confirmation.
  • Local Delivery: Same day or next business day in selected areas.
  • Maharashtra: 1–3 business days.
  • West Region: 2–5 business days — Gujarat, Goa, Rajasthan, Dadra & Nagar Haveli and Daman & Diu.
  • Central Region: 2–5 business days — Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand.
  • South Region: 2–5 business days — Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Kerala and Puducherry.

  • COD (Cash on Delivery) orders require an extra confirmation step (call/message) before dispatch, to reduce failed deliveries
  • Tip: Choose Partial COD (pay a small amount online) to unlock free shipping and skip the extra confirmation wait the fastest way to get your order moving!

Local Pickup & Store Delivery

Customers in and around Aurangabad can choose:

  • Free Local Store Pickup – Collect your order directly from our store after receiving pickup confirmation.
  • Local Same-Day or Next-Day Delivery – Available for selected areas in Aurangabad, subject to availability and order confirmation.

Our customer support team will contact you after placing your order if local delivery or pickup is available for your location.

Damaged Delivery Process

  • If your package looks damaged or tampered with, reject the delivery (even for prepaid orders)
  • Notify us immediately via chat or email
  • Video proof of unboxing is required for all damage claims
  • We'll investigate and issue a refund if applicable

  • We're not responsible for delays due to incorrect or incomplete address details
  • Reshipping charges (due to address errors) will be billed to the customer
  • GrunX is not liable for state taxes or duties; customers are responsible for these
